 Where
Movies Still Matter! 1624 NE HWY 101 Lincoln City, OR 97367 541-994-8255
The
Oregon coast's oldest theatre is loved by thousands. The atmosphere of the
silver screen (Yes, the Bijou has one; the only theater on the coast that
does) makes going to a film special. At the Bijou, films are introduced to
the audience and often provide information about the film that you might not
know otherwise. Enjoy rocking seats and the best popcorn. The
Bijou Theater is listed as one of the historic buildings of Lincoln City.
It first opened as The Lakeside Theatre in June 1937. Keith and Betsy Altomare
have owned the theatre, now named the Bijou, since 1996. They take great care
to bring the best movie selection to the area. The Bijou is a special little
local theater where movies still matter! Visit their website at www.cinemalovers.com. ....................................................................................................... |
